Call for Entries
Opening Reception - Tuesday, June 28th, 6-8pm
Pole Creek Golf Course Clubhouse
Appetizers and cash bar - invite your friends and family!
Show will be up the month of July - it comes down August 1st
Details
- open to all members and media
- work can't have been in a previous aota show
- May 15th entry deadline
- cost is $30 for 1 entry, $35 for two - make your check out to AOTA and mail it to Patty Alander, Box 1934, Granby 80446 by May 15th
- nothing larger than 36" x 24"
- work must be ready to hang - no sawtooth hangers
- drop artwork off at the Grand Park Recreation office June 22-24 between 9am & 5pm
- have 2 filled out sales receipts in a self-addressed, stamped envelope attached to the back of each piece. When it sells, a receipt is given to the customer and a receipt along with a check is mailed to you in your self-addressed, stamped envelope
- email a 300dpi image of your work to Suzie Royce slroyce1@hotmail.com by May 15th to be included in publicity
- email Patty alanderart@hotmail.com by May 15th if you want to be in the show - I'll need the title, medium and price to make labels, but not until June 20th if you don't yet know what pieces you're going to enter
We'll include digital images of your work on the posters, postcards and the show leaflet. If you don't have an image of the actual show piece, feel free to send another image. We'll send every participant a PDF postcard to email to your friends and fans.
This show is a lot of fun and we've had a great turn-out in the past - quite a few sales, too. I encourage everyone to enter. Your work doesn't have to be for sale - if it does sell we request a 10% donation to aota.
