AOTA Wish List--some things we could use some help with.....
1) Members to put together a "program" for a meeting.....any special interest you have may be of
interest to others. Share your passion with us. Speaker, dialog.....whatever..... Critique has been
suggested and there may be some willing to work on this topic, but other art topics would interesting
2) Fall Artists' Garage Sale:
Donna has offered her barn and has lots of frames she doesn't want anymore; Marie inherited some
instructional art books and has other stuff in her studio she isn't using.
If someone would volunteer to put a little organization to this idea and work with Donna and
Marie on it, they'll take care of sending out the emails and posting it on our website.
3) Treasurer type person: We could use a person who likes numbers to work in this capacity. Most of
this work could be done from home. There isn't much, really! Donna, Marie and Patty are signers
on our checking account and can make deposits. We're not looking for that responsibility, but
there are some other items that fall in this arena and we would love some help with them.
4) Posting info on the website and sending emails. These are computer tasks that aren't too difficult.
They can be done from the comfort of your home, so it doesn't really matter where you live and
whether you drive at night in the winter or not! It's just one of those things that takes time and
energy. Others would send you the info, text and material for distribution. You would just have to
go to "Go Daddy" or our website and put the material there. We would train you. Interest in doing
computer tasks is a must.
